  (Wix indicates certain checkout fields are “essential,” including email/name and delivery details such as address information.)

When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

• Log and usage data (pages viewed, interactions, time on page, referring/exit pages)

• IP address / network information (Google Analytics may process IP to provide internet communications and location signals; GA4 states it does not log or store IP addresses, but IP may still be used in transit for measurement and security features depending on configuration)

• Automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

• Through our platform providers (e.g., Wix and Wix Payments) acting on our behalf

A. Storage and safeguarding

Personal information collected through the Site is stored and processed using Wix and its infrastructure and service providers. Wix indicates that site visitor data may be stored in data centers in multiple locations (including the United States and Ireland, and other jurisdictions) depending on services and delivery needs. 

B. How we use personal information

We use personal information only for the purposes described in this policy (or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection), including account administration, order fulfillment, service delivery, support, and site analytics.

C. Sharing and disclosure

We may share personal information with:

• Wix (website hosting/platform) to operate the Site and store/order/account data  

• Wix Payments and payment-related service providers to process payments and manage transaction security  

• Shipping and logistics providers (for physical product delivery)

• Analytics providers such as Google Analytics (see Section 6)  

• Professional advisors (e.g., legal/accounting) as needed

• Authorities or others where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not sell personal information.

We may contact you:

•    To confirm orders, send receipts, provide delivery/service updates, or communicate about your account
•    To respond to questions or support requests
•    For important administrative or policy notices (e.g., updates to this Privacy Policy)

Note: We are not using separate marketing apps at this time. If we begin sending promotional emails in the future, we will do so in accordance with applicable Canadian anti-spam requirements and provide unsubscribe options.
